Swim with Humpback whales in Tonga, South Pacific!!
The idea of WhaleSwim Adventures began in 1997 for its owner Rae Gill, from an in-the-water, eyeball to eyeball encounter with a humpback whale. She knew that her passion was to make available this experience (under strict guidelines) to as many people as possible to raise the awareness of the vital importance of the conservation of the whales of our oceans.
Since then, each whale season in Tonga, August-October, Rae and her team of whale conservationists, marine biologist and professional wildlife photographers are there, providing the best seven and nine-day eco-expeditions for people from all around the world to be in the water and snorkel alongside the humpback whales. The South Pacific Humpback whales migrate to the warm waters of Tonga to mate and give birth for four months each year, before swimming the 8500 kilometers back to the Antarctic for the feeding season. Tonga is one of just three locations in the world where humans are permitted to swim with whales.
WhaleSwim Adventures is an environmentally aware company, committed to whale conservation and fully supports the non-harassment policies of the Whale Watching Guidelines in place in Tonga and Niue. They support the implementation of the South Pacific Whale Sanctuary and of course, a World Whale Sanctuary.

Reservation Policy
Verbal, faxed or written reservations will be held for 14 days. The non-refundable deposit is required within 14 days to confirm a reservation. Payment in full is required 70 days prior to your WhaleSwim adventure and is non-refundable. Please see WhaleSwim Adventures' websites for further information.
NOTE: WhaleSwim tours are not available through travel agents, they can only be booked directly with WhaleSwim Adventures.
